Great product
Great product for aquarium use. Works great for resealing a tank or building a custom sumo tank.

Actually a 120 Amp ESC
1 of 1 found this helpful The "Redcat 80A" is actually a hobbywing wpsc8 which is a 120 Amp ESC. This is the RTR version with fewer tuning options but still a great buy vs the non-RTR version or vs any other 10th scale basher ESC for that matter.
I put these ESCs in many platforms from a 2wd bandit to a 4x4 ERevo.
Pay attention to the motor limits as they are pretty accurate. This ESC will run an 36xx size motor.
In an ERevo I used a 3674 2200kv and it blasts on 4S.
In a slash 4x4 I'd recommend a 3660 or 3665 2800kv to 3000kv motor and 3 or 4S.
In a 2wd slash or bandit/rustler I'd go 3660 and 3600kv to 4000kv motor and stay on 2 or 3S.
Pay attention to temps and this ESC will last nearly forever.
Highly recommended.
