Near as I can tell this is a perfectly fine OEM replacement, but at a much lower cost than OEM. FYI, my mechanic charged 3 hours ($450) for the install on the front driver and passenger sides (4WD). Worth it given the difficulty in removing the old ones (frozen bolts and all that). Google says the service life of these is around 75 - 100k miles. I was at 99k miles, so it was time to do both, even though only the driver's side was making bad bearing noises.
