Good quality, and extra extension for your fingers. It doesn’t add any additional rounds, only extra grip for hand.

Stainless Steel Guide Rod
Great Quality, Fits my Smith & Wesson SD 40 and the front end of the rod protrude a little in the front, that’s ok doesn’t flex like the polymer guide rod. I haven’t taken it to the range yet to check for recoil if there’s any difference. The slide locks back when the clip is insert after racking the slide and I installed the 18 lbs guide rod (factory specification).
