Great DVD player
2 of 2 found this helpful I purchased this Player for my son, who is disabled. I can understand why Sony doesn't make them any more as Digital streaming video is readily available. However, this is an endless source of amusement for my son.

Exceeded Expectations
2 of 2 found this helpful I purchased this sound bar as an inexpensive way to boost the sound of one of 3 TV's in our household. My expectations were not that high because of the price point but, as my wife and I both have hearing losses, I thought the front firing speakers would be better than the TV speakers. My expectations have been exceeded. The sound bar provides crisp, clear sound that greatly supplements the in TV speakers. Our main TV has a BOSE sound bar and while that certainly outperforms the Polk, I have no complaints about this investment. I have had other sound bars in the past costing several times the Price of the Polk and not performing any better. I was so pleased I purchased another Polk 225 for our third TV!
