Not the best, but for the price it is a good controller
This doesn't show up as a steel series controller -- its probably a knock off -- but given the price that is what I expected. It works well and for the price its hard to find a better controller.
A few small issues:
* The analog sticks seem insensitive. It is really hard to do things that require slow careful movement on them.
* The D-Pad is a bit weird. It shows up as a hat switch on my raspberry pi.
* The controller starts up in mode 1, which as far as I can tell is pretty useless. It seems in mode 1 the D-Pad and left analog map to the same controls and right buttons and right analog map to the same controls. In mode 2 everything works great, but you need to press the mode button whenever you plug this thing in. Not sure if this is a general issue or something specific to my controller or to the rapsberry pi I'm using it on.
