Asus M232 WS Motherboard
Great motherboard, bought for a home file server (running unraid). Has loads of different high capacity slots for adding sata expansion boards. Also has 9 onboard sata ports and an esata port.
The 3 additional onboard ports and the esat port don't work under slackware.
Boots to USB, supports LE sempron CPU and can be loaded up with 8GB memory (4 slots in two pairs).
Dual GB NICs that support teaming. Supports PCI VGA cards (low power) leaving the PCI-x and PCIe cards for sata cards.

Bought this for my dad
1 of 1 found this helpful He was struggling to bend down to spray weeds, saw this and thought it would help, it does and it keeps weedkiller concentrated on the weeds rather than wasted on surrounding areas or on other plants you dont want to dose. Good product, well done hozelock!

Abit KG7-Raid Motherboard
I needed a motherboard to fit an old 2u server case I had picked up from a friends clear-out of old servers. This fitted the bill rather well. Would drop in to the server, offered a reasonable AGP card and included a processor. A little research showed this board was notoriously unstable at 133 Mhz being one of the first generation bios contolled Athlon boards. A bit of further digging showed it could be setup stably if the user settings were used rather than choosing the computer controlled options. The board has been up and running 24/7 for a week no problems once the CPU and memory was configured correctly. I'm running the board at 130Mhz, x15 multiplier (XP 2400+) and running the ram at 2.55v. Slew 04, P 04 and P 0D. As I said very stable. The board is running a gigabit lan, adaptec raid and 5 1TB sata drives as raid 5 array.
Not the fastest server in the world but it does the job nicely and costs were minimal. Slots into my rack nicely.
The board is rated as good but is really only suitable for those capable of tweaking the bios and not for those who want it to work out of the box.
