Center caps will fall off

Wheels look good. The problem is that the OE wheel caps for the center of the wheel will not stay on. Seem to fit tight, but I lost 1 center cap after about 3 miles of driving. I then double checked the remaining one as I purchased two of these wheels. The second seemed to be very secure, but on my next drive I lost the second one. It is clearly due to some sort of fitment difference that the original center wheel caps will not stay on these wheels. Maybe using some silicone or something like that might make them stay in. After I get new center caps I will have to try that out. The aftermarket center caps supplied with the wheels that do not have the Cadillac enblem have stayed on so far.
