  Seller did not put and reserve on this listing and was not pleased when item sold for less than they wanted. Ebay confirmed that seller had no reserve set and was morally bound to send item. however seller opted for the pathetic refund. this seller has been on ebay for many years and knows that if you want a set price you put on a reserve. However that costs extra. Not only wasted his own time but our time as well a very poor example of an ebay seller. I leave you to decide if you want to trust.
