It works!
I am using it with a camcorder that doesn't even have the kind of lens needed to attach this device: I just set up the teleprompter directly in front of the camcorder, and it works great. (I have a bracket that grips the cell phone that sits at the base of the teleprompter, attached to a desktop horizontal boom arm -- works fine.) Don't think you need a bigger screen -- that's a bad idea, because the camera will see your eyes darting back-and-forth while you read, which looks stupid. Small and simple is best for this task, and the Parrot does the job at a reasonable price.
