Worth the Hype
1 of 1 found this helpful Before using this mouse, I was skeptical about the hype. It comes recommended by most review sites. I was curious, but rather reluctant to buy in because of the price. However, after finding it for discounted price, I decided to pull the trigger.
I was surprised at how much the angle of your hand makes a difference on how comfortable you are using a computer. This mouse places your hand at a fairly natural 45 degree angle, alleviating some wrist stress. It's so comfortable, it makes it harder to use normal flat mice that leave your wrist pronated. The extra buttons and scroll wheel start out as nice bonuses, but quickly become necessary and natural extensions of the mouse.
The only downsides are the weight and its somewhat cumbersome size. However, with a little extra desk space, you quickly become accustomed to it. The mouse has a high DPI, so you can raise the tracking speed without sacrificing accuracy, resulting in moving the mouse even less.
In short, while it is just a mouse, I can't think of many other single purchases that singlehandedly improves your experience using a computer for long periods. While I wouldn't recommend it for gaming, for professionals working from home, I can wholeheartedly recommend it.
