NEW ATmega328P-PU with Arduino UNO bootloader ATMEL 2014

No bootloader

Rate 4 instead of 5 because the chips did not contain a boot loader. It was hassle because i expected them to work out of the box. Used an IC programmer to write the bootloader into the chips. After that it was all good. I suggest using an UNO to test the chips when they arrive.
