Beautifully filmed musical, a true classic for all time. Stunning scenery and very good acting overall. A must see for all who enjoy musicals. Engaging story.

Surprise twist on a Russian Folk Tale
Jan Brett puts a charming twist on a Russian folk tale about pulling up a giant turnip in the garden. It's a fun surprise ending that I found delightful. Illustrations are exceptionally attractive. Suitable for very young children as well as school age.
