I replaced a 15 year old top end Sony HT receiver, and my has the world changed.DSPs are far superior and natural and channel separation is terrific.
2 of 2 found this helpful The Yamaha app alone is worth buying Yamaha. Controls are remarkable, from iTunes playlists to SirusXM to Pandora, it’s all in your hands. ARC connections can be problematic, and the speaker set up can take some time to dial in, but overall really please. The app is the thing here, better than many others offered by competitors.
