Hi. i am a good seller and will do what I can to help you with your purchase experience. i will do what i can to make sure you are taken care of but please dont leave me bad feedback because your hurt feelings. i will always do what i can to make sure the buyer is taken care of. 1. the buyer who left feedback saying "missing parts beware", wanted a 50% partial refund because there was no drill bit even though the tool was brand new. i offered a return and full refund and he got mad and laughed at me telling me he gave me a negative review. 2. the buyer who left feedback saying his milwaukee tool was incomplete, i offered him a full refund as soon as he made me aware and refused and demanded i send him individual parts. then he gave me a negative review. 3. the buyer who complained that the item doesnt work, was also offered a full refund but he did not do a return because all of my tools are covered under Manufacturers Warranty and he sent in in to Milwaukee for a brand new tool. and then he gave me a negative review. 4. the buyer who wasnt able to do a return, the listing says no returns unless the item is broken or not as listed, he wanted to return it because he found it somewhere else cheaper. he gave me a negative review.
