  Upon receiving purchase confirmation and shipping information, I did not get a tracking number. I contacted the merchant requesting to be provided a tracking number and was assured I would receive it within 12 to 24 hours, that never happened. Fortunately, I received the purchase without a problem or delay. Just the same, I would have appreciated a follow through by the vendor.

  Merchant accidentally sold out locally of the product that he was selling and forgot to cancel his listing. However, immediately after he recognized an order from me came in, he sent me a message apologizing for the issue. His communication was excellent and this is an easy mistake to make. I recommend the seller to the eBay community; I'm sure he'll be much more careful in the future.
