They work great!
It's so important to keep blue light limited after sunset. I'd love to turn off the TV and all my devices at night, but it's not always possible (wife loves to watch TV at night!) I find myself with far less eye strain, and I also find myself sleeping better at night.
These glasses are the only ones that block out 100% of the blue light. Once you get used to the slightly weird color scheme of things, you don't really care much anymore.
