This is a great little vacuum!
5 of 5 found this helpful I did a lot of research before buying this Hoover. It came down to an expensive D*s*n and the Hoover. It just so happens my Mom has the D*s*n, so I was able to test it extensively before making my decision...I did not like the D*s*n.
I have been using my Hoover for 6-1/2 months and find it to be a great little vacuum. I use it every day...five or six times a day to sweep up around my cats' litter box; once a day in a tiled kitchen, carpeted living room, and every two or three days in the two bedrooms...one carpeted, one tiled. My house is very small so I am usually able to do the whole thing on one charge, which still lasts for around 20 minutes. I have run the battery dead only a couple or three times so far. It does take numerous strokes to pick up the litter, but does get it all. I am amazed at how much it picks up from the carpet every day. I like how easy it is to empty. I like that it only has one simple washable foam filter to fool with. I do highly suggest purchasing one or two extra filters and changing it every time you empty the canister. Every bit of fine dust in that filter will decrease the suction and put more strain on the motor...it is too easy to exchange and wash not to do it frequently. Hoover should have included a couple extra with the unit...they are expensive, but well worth having for the convenience, added performance and longevity. Oh, and don't buy off-brand filters...I did to save a few bucks, and ended spending more to get original Hoover ones. The generic filters don't "breath" as freely as the Hoover's and reduce the suction of the vacuum. One major drawback to this vacuum is it does not have "accessories" that allow you to clean the nooks and crannies, so you will need to have another unit for that chore. I have looked into the all-in-one units and found none to do "all" at a level to be acceptable. The manufacturer actually sells the LiNX BH50010 on eBay, and often has a sale at which you can get it factory direct, complete with full warranty for a hundred bucks. That's when I bought mine, and at that price, it is a fantastic deal. My Mom who has the D*s*n...well, she liked this Hoover so much, she had me get her one and the D*s*n is now in the back of the closet. I am a 59 year old man, and until one of the major tool companies wises up and builds a cordless home vacuum that "really sucks", I do highly recommend this Hoover.

My little Hoover is still working beautifully. The battery shows no signs of weakening. I do change out the filter often, and regularly (once per month) wash the canister assembly in the kitchen sink with soap and water, allowing it to completely air dry before using.

This item made using my laptop enjoyable.
Never could master the touchpad on my laptop. Got a wired hand held mouse, but the quality was so poor, it didn't last long. Finally broke down and purchased this wireless unit. Was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the "fit & finish" of this mouse. Easy to install...plug & play with Windows 7, and Windows 10 after upgrading. I did have to go into my computer settings and slow the pointer movement speed down a bit, because the ball moved it so quickly, it was hard to control. Ergonomically it is laid out pretty well. I have fairly large hands making the finger hole a little snug, but I am still able to operate the mouse comfortably. With this mouse I am now able to place my laptop on a tv tray and kick back in the recliner during evening tv time....do a little searching, keep track of some auctions. As I mentioned above, this item has made using my laptop enjoyable.

Great towels, Great Value
1 of 1 found this helpful Good quality microfiber with very well done serged edges. Did not expect such a quality towel for the price. Only complaint is color is not a true black, but more of a dark blue.
