Not A Kohler product.....Not a Kohler OEM
1 of 1 found this helpful I saw that this unit was made in the USA, so I decided to take a chance on it.
When the unit arrived it was obvious that the craftsmanship was flaky. Specifically, many parts were unfinished. Other parts were missing.
Instillation was difficult and I couldn't get it to work properly. I then called in a licensed plumber and he couldn't get it to work properly either.
Checked instructions for help number, but not only was there no phone number with the instructions, but there wasn't ever the name of the manufacture.

Third Year
Third year for our Lab. Spends a lot of time outdoors....running in everything. No flees, ticks or anything else.
