Good quality, but may not be suitable for 10m band.
After mounting the antenna it felt solid. That is, after all, the primary purpose of the mount. Using the Diamond CR8900 antenna, I was able to get the following SWR measurements on the 2m 6m and 10m bands. I write them here as pairs of MHz and SWR separated by a comma for each pair: 144, 1.6 - 148, 1.2 -- 50, 2.5 - 54, 1.4 --
28.0, 1.3 -- 29.7, (high). On 10m the SWR of 2.0 was reached at 28.22 MHz and higher frequencies were quickly worse. I followed the instructions to ground two of the set screws into bare metal after grinding off the paint from the inner lip before I ever tried to measure the SWR, but the performance on 10m was just a very small portion of the band. The problem may be entirely due to the antenna and not the mount. The quality of the materials looks good. The design seems to allow for many different configurations and angles so that the antenna could be made vertical while the mount is attached within a wide range of orientations. The instructions could have been more detailed or with more explanations. I have had this mount for only one week. I have had no other mounts, so I cannot compare this to others.

No 4-pin header.
As described except header was not included. The description said nothing about a 4-pin header, but all the pictures showed a 4-pin header attached. There was no header soldered on and there was no header in the package for each. Other than that, it looked good. The display is white. Out of the 4 I bought, all 4 had all the pixels lit when commanded or dark when commanded. The I2C interface seems to work well. Each had a protective film and none were scratched.
