  Showed a hobby exclusive card in the listing and shipped a junk retail card. Then only response was for me to keep the card without offering a refund or return. Had to wait a week for eBay to step in and get the card returned for a automatic refund. Horrible communication, not trustworthy based on response.

  i apologize for the lack of the care of our newest employee, she is brand new, she is trying he best and unforutnately has made mistakes. you can read through all of our sales, our buyers, etc. and realize we are as legit as they come and we give out so much extras to every buyer.I apologize for this, and i know i offered and sent a refund immediately... maybe it didnt go through, but yes i allowed you to just keep the card and getting your money back.. why is this negative feedback???
