I have found a solution to the problem. You can cancel my request for return. The headset was not bluetooth paired to the transmitter. After search
I have found a solution to the problem. You can cancel my request for return. The headset was not bluetooth paired to the transmitter. After searching for an hour on Google I finally found how to pair it to other headsets. I think the headset and transmitter became seperated and mismatched later before you shipped it. That being said I don't think you ever checked to confirm it worked.

Renewed S10e is well worth it!
I recently bought the Galaxy S10. My wife wanted something a little smaller. We both are moving up from S5 phones. I got her a S10e and she loves it. It is much faster than previous phones. It is a renewed phone, but looks brand new. The price was only $216. What a deal. We are using Google Assistant instead of Bixby and like GA better. The battery life is good for a couple of days for our usage.
The only thing I dislkike is Samsung discontinued the flashings led notification after the S9.
