Only works well with a 3.5" drive
The caddy works well for a 3.5" drive but although it can mount a 2.5" drive, it is difficult to get the power and access cables on to the mounted 2.5" drive. It mounts the 2.5" drive too low in the caddy. So, the cables to the drive have to be "straight access" cables. My cables are both 90° cables and would not connect to a 2.5" drive mounted on the caddy. I removed the 2.5" mounting portion and used it for a 3.5" drive.
