  I might be able to help you with this. Firstly, I don't subscribe or have any computers with windows but I did work in the industry so I might be able to help you with this windows 11 issue. Can you tell me where you located the drivers for the install? If the drivers were obtained off of an attached disk please be advised that the product may have been made before windows 11 was born. I would suggest microsoft windows os update and to not trust any of the "free" online offereings.
