Use for several different skills
Although these are not full sized dominoes, they fill the bill for lining up and toppling for youngsters. Several of them are not squared on the bottom, which leads to premature topple at times. Leaving a space after lining up 6 helps to ensure a longer domino line. Then CAREFULLY put in missing dominos! Also teaches patience and not giving up. What a reward when a domino chain gets completed and you knock it down!
Great for building, also. Colors are bright. Sorting into colors is great for younger children. Estimate how many in a pile, then arrange into 10s and 1s and add up number for those slightly older.
