    Sent the wrong item. Took 3 weeks and 6 phone calls to the store getting dicked around to finally get the proper item. Excuse after excuse. Customer service and communication skills are definitely lacking. No excuse for an ace hardware to be this lacking in customer service. If I had not kept calling I would have never received my proper item for sure.
