    I had bought from this seller because listing said they were in my state, Florida, and the item would get to me a week before Christmas. So,I paid the extra $15 compared to other sellers going rate. Got my item as described...but almost 2 weeks later than listing stated. Contacted seller who basically said "shipping is not my fault". Only to find out they didn't ship from Florida...it came from California! Definitely not great customer service for an overpriced item! Wouldn't buy from again.

    This is not entirely true. Where the item ships from in the US does not matter, it is a 2-5 bus. day delivery window. Item shipped early, it would have been delivered on time had the USPS not rerouted the package all over the place. I explained that I had no control over transit. The item arrived a few days late, not 2 weeks. Buyer asked me to make it right. I said I didn't know how as the item was eventually delivered. Never heard back on potential resolution. We all priced competitively.
