Many love it. Not for everyone.
I had to quit using this product. I started noticing headaches and the jitters after the first couple of days. By day 7, I was convinced I caught some kind of bug. Headaches were severe and the body aches kicked in. Stopped drinking the SuperMix for 3 days while I was trying to get over this. I still didn't really make the connection until I started up on it again when I was back to normal. On the very first day back on it, drank the SuperMix at 7am. By 1pm, I had another major headache and felt over stimulated, like an overdose of caffiene or a fit of high blood pressure. I've heard there's no caffiene in this product, but the stimulant effect was the same and I didn't like that feeling at all. So, I'm kicking this one to the curb.
