Great support and comfortable for both running and cross training
Best shoes for running/cross training for my feet I've ever found-unfortunately no longer in production so I was really lucky to find these in my small size. They really keep the pressure off the outsides of the heel toward the center, and they are comfortable right out of the box, no break-in period, no blisters, not even a hot spot.

Original formula Natural Instincts is the best
Original formula is full of good conditioners, leaves hair feeling silky. Covers gray well. New formula-not so much. Actually, not at all
