"New" but arrived broken and glued back togethere
Curling iron arrived in a timely matter. Packaging looked new but older which is fine. Opening package curling irons tip was not on the iron. It was however in the packaging and appears to have been glued at some point but obviously didn't hold. There is glue on the barrel also. Can't use unless I plan to burn the tips of my fingers.
