I purchased this item because it said that the 2nd and 3rd generation IPAD's it still worked for (even tho it was made for 1st) and it didnt hold the 2nd gen IPAD even in the case- a complete waste of money- would NOT recommend it for any iPad that isn't the first generation- and wouldnt even buy it for the first gen. either- not great quality
