Tone of Washburn WF19SCE guitar is tinny and terrible.

The Washburn WF19SCE guitar is very tinny sounding versus warm like an all mahogany guitar should sound. I had the guitar professionally set up, I changed the strings to the warmest sounding strings I'm aware of, and I replaced the plastic bridge pins with wooden bridge pins. It is still unsatisfactory. Musician's Friend offered no remedy.
