Uncle Tupelo fan in southern Indiana
Had this album on CD for years. Was excited when I seen that it was reissued on vinyl by Rhino Records. Would have liked it better if it was on 180 gr vinyl, but was happy with the pressing. Clear vinyl was a nice touch, the album is good and flat, made with good, rigid vinyl. Album sounds great most importantly. Gatefold album cover is great too. As far as the music, it's Uncle Tupelo, enough said.

In my opinion a great cd, but it is different.
Cool rare reworking of some of Waylons songs. Was worth it to me to just hear him cover the Cream classic, White Room. This is different than most of his other releases. Some will love and appreciate it, some wont. I suggest previewing the album on YouTube, that is what I did before deciding on purchasing it.

Gasoline Alley = Classic Album
Great classic rock album ! It could be classified as a Faces album, his former bandmates backing him up on this recording. The pressing is very good and quiet. Completely satisfied with this purchase.
