These wheels don't roll as well as my roller blade ones but I have the silicone grease to make them feel like butter. They are a good inexpensive alternatie to those and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a low profile alternative for hardwood flooring that won't coast the chair down the mildest incline.

Beautifully practical.
I've had one of these for about a year. The design is simple enough that there is little to go wrong and its solid construction means it passes the unintentional drop test on a solid concrete surface. They also look a million bucks. This one in particular looks waaaay better in person. It also has a cutoff switch - unlike my one, the button doesn't activate the nodes unless the lid is open.
These lighters work by ionifying the air between the nodes, creating an arc of electricity similar to a laser cutter or taser, but at a much lower power output. Each set of nodes has a transformer that increases the voltage to a point where the electricity can pass from one node to the other, but has a very low amperage. Beware, as touching the nodes while they're activated can shock you and burn a hole right through your finger. It's a small plasma cutter/taser/cigarette lighter after all, and anything used to light a fire should be handled with caution.
The fact that it operates with no gas means there's no chance of it exploding or causing fire, is safe to use for long periods of time and can be carbon neutral if you charge it with a renewable resource. The 3.7v 220maH battery costs almost nothing to charge, and one complete charge lasts 3-4 days at 25 cigarettes a day. It's remarkable how these aren't more popular.
Let's look at it's competition. There are other electric lighters that use a flimsy, vastly inefficient coil to operate. The coil tends to break and uses so much power that each charge hardly equates to a day's worth of usage.
Butane lighters have come a long way, but most of them require a specific adapter for the butane canister to refill at the correct pressure. Regardless of how much you spend on one, it will have exactly the same crystal-electric thing to generate the spark necessary to light the butane as the cheapest alternative, so they have a very limited lifespan and are very delicate.
Zippos are tried and true, but part of the reason why they last forever is due to nearly every part being replaceable. Naturally a device will last a long time if you manage to replace everything in it on a regular basis, but it defeats the purpose of reliability. The cost and wastage accumulated with a Zippo and other alternatives is staggering in comparison to the plasma lighter.
This one is going to a friend of mine as a gift, whom likes having unique gadgets and lighters.

Brilliant.
2 of 2 found this helpful This tool is really accurate. It even comes with a certificate of calibration and a conversion table so you don't need to google the measurements every time you use it. All the bits are good quality, and the wrench itself is solid. It has a solid click in the ratchet and is comfortable to hold in your hand. The ratchet has a pivot point in the neck that disengages once you reach the desired torque measurement that is easy to get used to after the first use. Even the box it comes in is solid, compact and fits nicely wherever I put it, taking up no more space on the workbench than it absolutely has to. Thanks to this fantastic, relatively inexpensive tool, all the bits and bolts on my good bike are the torque they need to be, no more and no less.
If you need to tighten the bolts on your bike to the right torque, this is the tool for you.
There's no point in trying to guesswork the torque on your expensive components, so spend the little extra in this and you will not be disappointed.
