  USPS screwed up the tracking, so I ended up having to wait another week from when the item said it was "delivered" for it to actually arrive. In spite of this, the seller was extremely kind and helpful when I messaged them about the problem, and did what they could to solve the issue! As for for the item, it was packed very nicely and thankfully had arrived safely! Definitely recommend this seller!

  Shipping was fast but Nanachi unfortunately had an incident during transit... I contacted the seller about what happened and they got back to me immediately. Super friendly and understanding. Thank you for the great service and for packing up the Pink Nanachi acrylic stand I ordered with extra material. I still love this acrylic stand and was able to glue the ears back on.
