  I bought sensitive pottery and it was shipped to Germany. Communication was smooth and very friendly. I have asked for thorough wrapping the items but what I saw way beyond thorough and simply amazing. I have never seen such a good job in safely wrapping goods. Everything arrived in excellent condition despite the overseas shipping. I would certainly recommend buying from this Ebay contact!

  Item shipped weeks after being ordered, and arrived damaged and not as described. It was much cheaper, and covered in pools of glue. It had been listed as "Made in Germany," which there was no evidence of. Seller was mostly unresponsive of my requests for refunds, so eBay had to step in for me to receive a full refund.

  I'm a little confused, I paid US$25 for the item plus shipping of US$33.18 for a total of $58.18. In an email from eBay, the selling price is indicated at US$34.40 and now the package has arrived showing shipping charges of US$12.75. It appears that I have been grossly overcharged and I should think that a refund is in order to the tune of US$20.43. While the merchandise is what I wanted and I was happy to pay for it, I'm not happy to be charged in a misleading manner. Kindly correct.
