Fast for an I3, reliable with stock cooling, and installed easily.
I found that I could have purchased this for a lower price, shortly after I ordered it. However, the processor did arrive packaged well and with a copy of the invoice. I had no problems with the installation to the motherboard and the existing cooling fan. I ran Memtest86+ to check the timing and stress the processor a bit, and if performed well.

Worked fine after the build.
This bare bones case accepted my CPU, RAM, Optane stick and spinning hard drive. It works fine. I need to supply screws for the M2 slots and isolation screws for the spinning hard drive.
