Avoid at all cost.
Like most other reviewers, I would include easier to read and understand instructions. Also, I would pack it better. The box it came in was extremely flimsy, resulting in the rotor unit being broken. I would NEVER recommend this to someone else. Maybe if everything I have recommended were put in place, you could get better reviews.

It does a great job! Tapes were totally able to play after use of this product.
1 of 1 found this helpful We could not even view a tape before using this head cleaner. All we could see before were "scratchy" lines. But now, the tapes play clean and clear. Thanks so much for this great product.
