Great product thanks!
As easy as New Wave but has a glass dome which is easier to clean and does not hold odors.
This unit has lots of room I loaded 5lbs of legs and thighs they were ready in less than one hour.
No fat involved except for the fat that was rendered out of the chicken and ended up getting disposed of instead of ingested. Price was great also.
