It does what it says on the box
0 of 1 found this helpful It was sold as unused but opened, that seems the case. I wish we could go back to the days when we could put in a CD and install it on our laptops. As a 76 year old I have problems installing it.

Took a computer expert 2 hours to connect to my laptop, he said it's the most difficult he ever had to deal with
6 of 11 found this helpful Just too difficult for the average user to connect to a lap top or other remote equipment. Usually a new printer comes with a CD and can easily be connected. This printer needs someone with a great deal of knowledge to connect. I tried but in the end had to take it to a computer expert who admitted it took him 2 hours. Why make it so complicated?, I have had HP printers in the past without any problems.
