No colds in two years

I had had two to three colds, every year from age 12 until age 42. I started taking quercetin (doesn’t necessarily have to be this brand) two years ago, and I haven’t had a cold, a fever, or even the pandemic bug. To be completely fair, I have felt a cold starting to come on, about 10 times these past two years. However, the actual coughing, sneezing, runny nose, etc., has not happened. I am not purporting this to be medical advice. It is merely my experience. Your results may vary.

No coherent information at all

All this book is, is a bunch of definitions of terms of the respective textbook, "State and Local Government," written down. The textbook itself has these exact terms detailed in each chapter. This book is nothing more than a quick reference for definitions. This book does not, at all, explain any overall themes of "State and Local Government." It does not discuss any main ideas in any way. It does not compare and contrast ideas. It does not even so much as point out any fact of the respective textbook, except for dry definitions. I purchased this book in the hopes that it would be a good companion book for "State and Local Government," to assist in an upcoming online class that will be using that textbook. I can say with strict confidence that this book will not provide any help that the textbook will, because the definitions in the textbook are already clearly defined and easy to locate. This book is surely a waste of paper and ink. Do not buy it in the hopes that it is like a Cliffs Notes for a piece of literature that you may read for an English Composition or other similar class--like a Cliffs Notes for "Things Fall Apart" or "Candide." This book is nothing like that at all. As a purported study guide, this book is a disappointment at best.

Maybe, there is hope

I have only been using this for about a week now. On the bottle it claims that results may take 3-5 months to become visible. However, it does contain lemon oil, pumpkin oil, rosemary oil, saw palmetto, and other products that are widely thought to help halt DHT. I am also taking Finasteride and applying minoxidil, as well as using a LLLT helmet—all to promote hair growth. Perhaps this shampoo will be the boost I need. I like the dark gold color of it, as as well as its scent and lathering texture.
