Seams to be working on more than just cramps!
1 of 1 found this helpful I got this to help with pain and cramps from my fibromyalgia, and it has done well, but reading up magnesium is needed for so many of the body's functions, I noticed improvements in many other minor problems, so many that my MD did blood work, and my Mg level has increased finally to normal and to stay on these, since they are real easy on the digestive tract.
