    HP Qualcomm GOBI3000 MC8355 3G Module UN2430 WWAN GPS Card SPS#634400-001

Great if you're just wanting to give your HP laptop some mobile broadband and/or proper GPS support without having to put in too much effort.
Works perfectly in my HP EliteBook 8470p, installation was mostly painless although I did have a problem with the main antenna randomly disconnecting, I found that was actually due to poor wire routing on my part. There was a part of the removable bottom panel of the laptop body that was bumping into the main antenna wire and loosening it when the bottom panel was put back on, so moving the wires around to get it out of the way of that piece of the panel solved that problem fair and square. Pros: - Works great in Linux with NetworkManager and ModemManager! Almost plug-and-play under Linux, Only thing that was needed was just to use the mmcli tool to load up the GSM firmware (already included with the newest Linux kernels) before it would get service because... - Works perfectly on Ting's GSM network (T-Mobile), though I have no doubt that it would do just as well on a CDMA network too, you just have to load the correct firmware for the type of network you're using. - Gets cellular signal well-enough in the bottom floor of the three-floor building I use it in to do basic Internet searches over WWAN if needed on Ting's GSM network, and has no problems sending or receiving text messages in that same location. - Real GPS! My laptop now knows right where it is, even without any Internet connection. Cool! - Since it's older hardware, it can now be had for quite cheap on eBay. Cons: - It's a bit older hardware, so no LTE support. I knew this going in so that's totally fine by me, but you won't be getting more than a few mbit/s off this. Works perfectly for light Internet use, but probably isn't going to work as well for HD YouTube binges. - The GPS antenna is not the best, it sees satellites fine outdoors and indoors sometimes, though it isn't able to get a lock in larger buildings. - This one is probably not a real con, but it is my personal experience, I haven't been able to get the agps feature enabled to help with faster GPS locks, so getting an accurate GPS lock takes a few minutes. Over-all, I'm happy with it, and it's very nice to see that I was able to just set it up and get it working without any hassle on Linux. I was expecting to have to fight with it but that was a pleasant surprise.
