My go to lip primer!
1 of 1 found this helpful I love this product. I’ve been using it for a couple years. I actually use it as a lipstick primer. It makes my liner glide on and lip color stay on longer. I know it’s for eyeshadow but I use it on my lips because unlike most lip primers it isn’t drying.
