WD Still Great Drives

I have a VOD (Video On-Demand) network at home and like to stream my videos to multiple desktops, laptops, and smartTV's. I was running out of space, so I purchased four (4) of these puppies. All four (4) worked out of the box without any errors or issues. The drive spins nice and quietly, but it does tend to get hot in a NAS. I have all four (4) of these installed in a WD My Cloud EX4 in a RAID 5 configuration. The array hasn't failed on me ever and I have never had to rebuild it because of problems. GREAT HDD's!!

Lightweight Media Player

I purchased three (3) of these media players for family members. The first arrived in a few weeks and works perfectly. It will play mp4, mp3, mpeg, avi, divx, xvid, RM, mov, mkv, ogg, and more. It plays it perfectly without any pauses or lags. The second two (2) I have ordered have yet to arrive and it has been over 4 months now. Beware of sellers outside of the country you are living in, they tend not to care about shipping times.

Long and Clear Video

This is a long cable but it is exactly what I needed to have my Mac across the room and still port out the video signal to a TV. Works exactly as it should.
