Good desk lamp

The variety of color temperatures allows you to select one appropriate for your application and setting. The variety of brightnesses is similarly useful. The USB outlet on the back is a great bonus for charging, since the plug takes up a little bit more than a standard outlet's space. The lower arm tilts beyond vertical, which is nice for web cam lighting. Light comes out of a uniformly lit panel about 1"x11" which can be positioned on the horizontal anywhere from 11" to 18" above the desktop, and it can be angled upwards with the elbow open to a maximum of about 110 degrees.

My third pair

These are good enough. They like to help your foot hit the pavement more at once than rolling from your heel. Seems to help my gait. But these shoes do not last very long. I wish they were more durable. If I would only run in them, I might get 400 miles, but I wind up spending long days in them and wearing them most of the time. I get about 8 months before I tear the upper or wear out the ball or both.
