A GREAT BOOK on AMATEUR RADIO for the beginner.
Very good book...It has some GREAT articles and layouts of old breadboard transmitters and even a modulator for one of the transmitters. However, the parts list has transformers that would have different part numbers these days....so one would probably have to go back to Thordarson transmitter company to get some updated numbers. It has some definitions and explanations of electronic components for the new operator. It certainly has a lot about getting into amateur radio especially for someone who is new to it..
