  I bought this item, and it never arrived. Bought it mid June. Seller refunded me my money, no issue there. On July 5th, the top arrived, but so did postage that was due. Apparently, the seller never paid enough for the postage, and top was held, 'hostage.' *I* had to pay an additional $3.19 to receive this top. I contacted the seller, and she said that it was not her responsibility to pay me back for the $3.19. She sold this top & never bought tracking. I provided proof of payment.

  This negative feedback is unwarranted and irrational. I'm not responsible for delays with the post office nor that they delivered the item to you instead of sending it back to me so I could pay in full. I refunded your original purchase as requested. I spoke to eBay customer service and policy says I am not obligated to pay the postage since I refunded your original purchase. It's a bonus that you ended up receiving the item anyways. Sketchy buyer, please enjoy your $3.19 item!
