  Slow shipping, the item did not appear, I had to file a report on eBay, I wrote to the seller on 3 occasions, he never replied, not even to say "hello", in short, total irresponsibility.

  Due to poor buyer etiquette and high expectations that receiving an item from California, USA, to Puerto Rico should take less than 3 days with non-priority shipping. We will no longer ship to Puerto Rico for free. Due to this incompetent buyer. Wrote to me one time in less than 8hrs later files a claim with eBay for item not received after package being in transit for less than 48hrs.
