Although the item was described as New: open box, there was thermal paste cured on the sides of the IHS, which only happens after a CPU has been installed for a while. Two stars were removed because the item was clearly used. The item is in good working order. Overall a good experience due to fast shipping and the item arriving fully functional.

Product is plastic, not steel as advertised!
This product was advertised as "Heavy Duty Steel handles..." but is made of plastic!
