Classic Universal Counter

Classic universal counter. The one I received was fully working. Easy to use. Significant digit count changes automatically with changing acquisition time. Spot in accuracy with a separate signal generator, so they seem to keep calibration well. I’m happy with it.

HP 3478A is a good value 5 1/2 digit DVM

The 3478 is a classic example of HP instrumentation. The lcd display is a little hard to read in dim light. It’s only weak part is the internal backup battery which needs replacing every 10 years. Lose power and the DVM loses calibration. Aside from that they are very reliable.
